Stylish New Website Design
Wow, was all we could say when we saw our latest website build go live. With stunning graphics by Ellen Longhorne Design and professional photos this new site KJstyling.co.uk is everything we love in a site.
Kat Johnson has just set up her new business providing styling advice in the Cambridge area. With her target market being businessmen and women, she needed a site that oozed professionalism and class. Having worked in media for 25 years Kat had done all the market research and knew how to write the words and calls to action, so vital for any website.
Outline Website Design

Once the design elements, logo, colours, fonts, icons and watermarked images, had been signed off Ellen provided Kat with an outline website design, which we duly built. All three of us worked together along the way via skype calls to tweak the design and discuss what worked well as the site came together.
Once again we used the super-versatile Avada Theme and the Fusion Builder elements of the theme were put to good use. It means that the design for each of the service pages and the blog posts remain consistent and will be easy for Kat to add to as she goes along.
A crucial part of the site is the testimonials and we have used the Easy Testimonials plug in on this site. This makes it easy to show all the testimonials on one page, but also to categorise each of them so that they show on the relevant page too – thus a testimonial for a wardrobe edit appears on the wardrobe edit page. It is also easy for Kat to add testimonials herself, making easy new content for the site, so important for search engines.

- includes Yoast SEO plug in
- comes with a three month free snagging period
- includes a training manual and session so that Kat can update the site herself.
Once the three month snagging period is complete we will be offering Kat a number of support options moving forwards, ranging from pay-as-you-go through to a variety of monthly support packages.
