Sam has over 15 years of experience providing administrative services for mortgage advisers and protection specialists.

She was a mortgage administrator to a St James's Place Partner initially, but started providing out sourced mortgage and protection administration when she set up Red Kite Services in 2010. Over the years we have provided administration for dozens of mortgage advisers, often helping them build their business to the point where they take on an employee.

We can offer wide experience of both regulated and non-regulated mortgages and both mortgage and business protection. With this knowledge we can work as part of the advisers team, filling in the administrative tasks required - it could be putting fact finds on to the system, submitting applications, chasing clients and providers and even drafting suitability letters.
