Ok, so I know it is long time since I  shared one of my time saving tips, but today it is very opportune.

As many small business owners and sole traders are still panicking to complete their self-assessment form and trying to find all those little receipts for postage and travel, here is this month’s tip:

Load the cam scanner app onto your phone and take a photo of receipts as you get them.

You can then upload them to your accounting software if you use it (I use Quickbooks) or to a folder on your PC, so you can easily find them next year.
